At The GeoPilot, managed by our parent registered MSME entity Street Perkz, we are committed to protecting the privacy, security, and integrity of your corporate and customer data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, and permanently purge data to comply with global data regulations, including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
1. Strict Data Retention & Automatic Purging
Unlike typical cloud software platforms, we do not compile or store your customer's data long-term. We enforce strict, automated data purging cycles on our AWS S3 secure servers:
- Raw Uploaded Images: All handwritten list photographs, scans, and physical papers sent by your ground crews to our WhatsApp bot are permanently deleted and wiped from our AWS S3 servers within 24 hours of upload.
- Generated PDFs & Transcriptions: All compiled digital packing list PDFs, final formatted documents, and raw OCR transcribed text data are permanently deleted and purged from our databases and cloud servers within 7 days of generation.
2. Data We Process
We only process the data you explicitly send to the WhatsApp bot for the purpose of transcribing your moving inventories:
- Metadata: Admin phone numbers, registered employee phone numbers, and company profile details (such as company name, logo image, and website).
- OCR Content: Hand-written descriptions, item serial numbers, pack modes, quantities, and sender/recipient addresses written on your physical lists.
3. Third-Party AI & Infrastructure Providers
We utilize enterprise-grade, secure cloud and AI partners to perform transcription and hosting:
- Google Vertex AI / Gemini: Used strictly for secure Optical Character Recognition. Google's enterprise terms prohibit using your data or uploaded images to train their models.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Used for secure, encrypted, transient storage of your images and PDFs before they are permanently purged.
4. Your Global Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Whether your business is located in the US, UK, Europe, or the Middle East, we respect your rights to data minimization. You have the right to request access to, or immediate deletion of, any active data we hold. Since our system purges all files automatically within 24 hours (images) and 7 days (PDFs), any manual deletion request is instantly satisfied by our automated systems.
