Terms of Service

Welcome to The GeoPilot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our WhatsApp Business bot services, automated document digitization features, and billing consoles operated under our registered MSME entity Street Perkz (registered with the Government of India). By accessing or using our bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. The Digitizer Service & WhatsApp Utility
The GeoPilot provides an automated OCR transcription service inside WhatsApp to convert images of handwritten packing lists into formatted PDFs. You are responsible for ensuring your ground crews upload clear, readable, and well-lit images.
2. Strict AI & OCR Liability Disclaimer
⚠️ IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING DIGITIZED INVENTORIES
The GeoPilot utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) algorithms to transcribe handwriting. AI is probabilistic and can occasionally make reading, spelling, formatting, or scaling mistakes.
- No Liability: The GeoPilot and Street Perkz are not legally liable or responsible for any transcription errors, spelling discrepancies, customs clearance delays, border disputes, or financial losses caused by the PDFs generated by our bot.
- Mandatory Verification: You (the Admin, mover, or supervisor) assume 100% of the risk. You MUST manually review, verify, and double-check every compiled PDF output and text description before signing it, sending it to your client, or submitting it to customs authorities.
3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Expirations
All billing is processed securely via Razorpay in USD (or regional equivalent) [1.1.2, 2]:
- Deduction: Credits are deducted page-by-page (1 uploaded file/image or 1 PDF page equals exactly 1 credit) [2].
- Rollovers: Unused standard monthly package credits roll over to the next month but expire at the end of that second month. Rollovers only occur if you maintain an active monthly plan [2].
- Top-Ups: Purchased top-up credit packages ($39 for 100 credits) are valid for 90 days [2]. However, they can only be used while you have an active monthly subscription. If your monthly subscription expires, remaining top-up credits are locked until you renew your monthly plan [2].
4. Team Slots & Fair Abuse Policies
Admins can add employees to their shared credit pool up to their active slot limit (3 for Standard, 5 for Enterprise, plus any extra purchased slots) [2]. If the employee count exceeds your allowed limit, all scanning features for your company will be paused until you either purchase an extra slot ($15/mo) or deactivate an employee [2, 2.4.2].
